When do the courses start and finish? 

All courses take place within a specific time window.

All start and end dates can be found on the respective course page.

Who are these courses for?

All courses can be attended by anyone, but introductory courses offer a good knowledge basis for the rest of courses on the platform.

I do not have a History of Art background but I would still like to take the course, can I do that?

There are no limitations as to who can attend the courses. Students from all disciplines and fields of study are welcome to attend the courses.

Will there be an assessment/exam?

There is no assessment or exam for most of the courses. At the end of course you will be provided with a completion certificate.

For how long after signing up can I access the course?

You can access the course materials for 30 days after the course start date and all course materials will be available for download on the day the course starts.

Can I pay the course fee in instalments?

It is possible to pay the course fee in instalments for all courses except the introductory courses.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are offered to anyone before the course start date. Since all course materials become available on the first day of the course, no refunds are offered after the course start date. 

Will there be more courses announced in the future?

Yes, more courses will be announced in the future. Please subscribe to our mailing list in order to receive our latest updates about new course releases. 

How do I access the course materials, recordings and transcripts?

All course materials will be made available on the course page once the course starts.

Where can I find the link to the Zoom meetings?

Unless the Zoom meeting link is not included in the course page, Zoom meetings will be scheduled with the instructor on a one-to-one basis. 

I want to attend the course but it is full, what are my options?
